Halloween block.

This was such a fun project to make! Something totally non paper related. This was also my first time etching glass.. yay me! I think it turned out pretty darn cute. I took a glass block and drilled a hole in it so my lights would fit. Living in Hawaii it is less expensive to buy the ones from the hardware store rather than the blocks from the craft store, they are twice the price. Pluse I like using the drill...

Materials used:
  • Glass block
  • 50 strand count of lights
  • etching cream
  • vinyl
  • October 31st cricut cartridge
  • pumpkin carving cricut cartridge
  • assorted ribbon
  • embellishments

Woohoo! Gotta love a lady that uses power tools! Great block, Rachel! It is much cheaper to buy the ones at the hardware store -- they're about half the price of the ones at the craft store here too. Thanks for linking up at Cooking With Cricut this week.
